By using SignalButton, you agree to these Terms of Service. SignalButton is a communication assistance application designed to help users place phone calls using pre-configured messages delivered via text-to-speech. Your continued use of the application constitutes acceptance of these terms. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time; continued use after modifications constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

Medical Device Disclaimer

SignalButton is NOT a medical device. It is not FDA-approved, regulated, or intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. SignalButton is a communication tool only and should not be relied upon for any medical purpose.

Not a Substitute for Professional Care

SignalButton does not replace professional medical care, emergency services, or trained caregivers. Always rely on qualified healthcare professionals and emergency services for medical emergencies and ongoing care needs.

Emergency Services Disclaimer

SignalButton is NOT intended for emergency use. This application cannot and should not be used to contact 911 or any emergency services. In case of a medical or other emergency, please use a standard telephone, a dedicated medical alert device, or contact emergency services through other reliable means.

Call Processing Notice

Calls placed through SignalButton are processed through third-party telecommunication services (Azure Communication Services). Call audio may be temporarily processed for text-to-speech delivery. SignalButton does not record or store call audio.

Service Availability

SignalButton depends on internet connectivity, Azure Communication Services, and carrier networks. We make no guarantee of uptime, call completion, or service availability. Service interruptions may occur without notice.

Data & Privacy

SignalButton stores your profile information and call button configuration locally on your device. Phone numbers are used solely to place calls on your behalf. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how we handle your data.

Subscription & Billing

SignalButton offers a 7-day free trial followed by a monthly subscription. Subscriptions are managed and billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device's app store settings. Refunds are subject to the respective app store's refund policy.

Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to use SignalButton, or have obtained parental or guardian consent. By using SignalButton, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SignalButton and its developers shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use this application, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. This includes, without limitation, damages arising from failed calls, service interruptions, or reliance on the application for communication needs.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SignalButton, its developers, officers, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the application or violation of these terms.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the applicable jurisdiction.
